Spiritual Disciplines of the Christian Faith (CM2)
Our ability as Christians to grow in godliness – becoming more like Christ – is greatly impacted by our understanding and practice of the historic Christian disciplines, including Scripture reading, prayer, worship, meditation, fasting and journaling. Properly understood and practiced, these disciplines become the pathway to greater Christian maturity and to far greater spiritual satisfaction.
